Our approach

Considered, collaborative, child-centred.

The principles that shape how I work with children, young people, families, and schools.

About me

Genuine relationships, honest conversations.

I am an Educational Psychologist passionate about helping children and young people feel understood, supported, and heard. My work is built on genuine relationships and honest conversations. I understand that seeking support can sometimes feel overwhelming, particularly when families or schools are worried about a child’s wellbeing, learning, or future.

What matters most to me is taking time to understand the whole child, not simply their difficulties, but their strengths, personality, experiences, and hopes.

I am particularly experienced in working with older children and teenagers, who are often navigating complex emotional, social, and educational pressures while trying to make sense of themselves and the world around them.

Families and schools often describe my approach as warm, authentic, and practical. I believe psychology should not feel overly clinical or full of jargon. Instead, it should help people make sense of challenges and feel clearer about what support may help.

Being multilingual also allows me to connect with and support families from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, recognising that every family brings valuable perspectives and experiences.

I believe good psychology should feel both thoughtful and human.

What to expect

From the very first conversation.

Every family and every school comes with their own story. Here is how I aim to make working together feel from the start.

"I place particular importance on listening to the voice of the child or young person, especially teenagers, whose perspectives can sometimes be overlooked."
